Out of roughly 700 Vripack designs, more than 200 Doggersbank models have been built to date in a variety of lengths and customisations. The first Doggersbank, built in the Netherlands in 1968 for a Dutch owner, measured 10.8m in length. In 1974, a 19.3m model became the largest Doggersbank of the decade. By 1990, the start of computer-assisted yacht design marked the beginning of a new era and the traditional Doggersbank model was phased out and replaced by the Offshore design.
Today, the Heritage fleet models have six decades of expertise in their corner, while the all-new fleet of Offshore models brings a modern twist to the proven platform, packaged in a manageable size range. Offered in three pre-determined lengths — 60’, 90’ and 105’ — the Offshore range is designed to give owners convenient access to a rapid new-build programme with explorer capabilities and proven performance. Sturdy good looks – including the Doggersbank signature high bow – are complemented by a large interior volume, free-flowing layouts and steadfast seaworthiness for the ultimate in onboard comfort.
